We liked the location and staff. The restaurant was located within 800 feet. Moreover, free WiFi was available. It was worth its 4 stars.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located in a quieter back street, it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped into the hotel. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the car hire service offered by the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas at my own pace. The hotel also had excellent facilities such as dry cleaning and laundry services, which were extremely convenient for a traveler like me. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected with loved ones back home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff at Saphir Dalat went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. When we had an issue with our room, they quickly resolved it and even accommodated our late check-out request. The hotel's location on top of a hill provided stunning views, and it was just a short walk to shops and markets. The architecture and theme of the hotel added a unique touch to our experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still highly recommend this hotel. our stay at Saphir Dalat was enjoyable and memorable.

Great central location and very nice staff. The breakfast was decent and we enjoyed the view from the room. We had a nice short walk to the shops and restaurants nearby which made it convenient. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was quite old and needed updating. We could hear everything - from the people in the hallway to the street noise.

This hotel was located in a convenient area close to the central market and Xuan Huong Lake. the rooms were clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were in good condition. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options available. the hotel had interesting decor and a unique feel to it.

The staff could have been more attentive and there were some issues with noise at night.

For my New Year's stay, I appreciated the nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and had good shower pressure, which was a plus. the breakfast was nice and the receptionist was pleasant.

We loved the hotel's unique character with original features. The centrally located hotel was close to the downtown area and the central market. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel staff was friendly. Additionally, we loved the beautiful room and hotel facilities.
